  • Operations support
  • Standardize reusable templates (one-pagers, slide decks, checklists, cover letters).
  • Own light process documentation (SOPs) for repeat tasks; identify bottlenecks and propose practical tweaks.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, basic procurement comparisons, and record-keeping.
  • Reporting
  • Produce weekly reports on benchmarks, open opportunities, and operational KPIs.
  • Summarize key learnings and recommend next steps.

You’re a great fit if you have

  • Working toward a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management/Operations, or Public Policy.
  • Strong desk-research chops and the ability to turn scattered information into clear, decision-ready summaries.
  • Excellent organization and deadline discipline; you enjoy checklists, trackers, and tidy folders.

  • Exposure to compliance-style submissions or formal application packages.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and task trackers (Kanban boards, GANTT charts...).

What you’ll gain

  • Mentorship from founders; clear feedback loops and portfolio-worthy deliverables.
  • A chance to convert to a longer-term role based on performance.
